Application for the SHS Voucher Program is now open
Grade 10 completers from private Junior High Schools (JHSs) who are not ESC grantees can now apply for the SHS Voucher Program for School Year 2017-2018. Applications may be done manually or online and are free of charge. The requirements include the Voucher Application Form (for manual application), recent 2x2 colored ID photo, proof of financial means, and certificate of financial assistance received (if applicable).
DepEd has issued DepEd Order 66, s. 2016 on the Detailed Guidelines on the Application for the SHS Voucher Program. Grade 10 completers from public JHSs, SUCs, and LUCs, and from private JHSs who are ESC grantees are automatically qualified to receive the voucher. The deadline for online application and submission of documents is on 2nd Friday of February, 2017. For manual application, the deadline will be on 2nd Friday of January, 2017.
